GB/T18380.3-2001(idt IEC 60332-3:1992) on flame retardant
performance.
Fireproof power cable meet the standard of GB/T19216.21-2003(idt
IEC 60331-21:1999) on fireproof performance.
Low smoke&halogen flame-retardant power cable meets the
standard of GB/T17651.2-1998 idt IEC 61034-2:1997 on smoke
generating amount. Halide capacity meets the standard of
GB/T17650.2-1998 idt IEC 60754-2:1994. flame retardant performance
can meet the standard of GB/T18380.3-2001 idt IEC60332-3:1992R
Application
It is used to transmit and distribute power on the power line of
A.C rated voltage 0.6/1kV. The flame-retardant power cable is
suitable for environment with demand on flame-retardant
performance. Fire-resistance power cable is used in the environment
with high demand on fire-resisting performance such as high-rise
building, the big market;
Using feature & Main Technical Performance:
1.The Max. long-term operating temperature of conductor isno more
than 70 .Flame-retardant 105 PVC insulation no more than 105 .
In short-circult (The Max. long-term is continue no more than 5
second) . The highest temperature of conductor is no more than 160
. (105 cable PVC insulation no more than 205 ).
2.Environment temperature should be no lower than 0 .The min
bending radius should be no smaller than 15 times of cable outer
diameter.
3.D.C Conductor risistance complies with the stipulations of
GB/T3956 in 20 .
4.Working frequency Voltage Test:3.5kV/5min with out puncture.
5.Flame-retardant character:
Flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipu
lated in GB/T18380.3(IEC60332-3:1997).
Low smoke low halogen flame-retardant cable could endure firing
test in bundle stipulated in GB/T18380.3(IEC60332-3: 1997), and
smoke density in firing should comply with stipulations of
T17651.2-1998(IEC61034-2:1997).HCL content of gas separated out in
firing should be no more than 100mg/g. and comply
with GBT17650.1-1998(IEC60754-1:1994).
Fire-resistance cable could endure fire rating test in GB/
T19216.21-2003(IEC60331-21:1999)
